Larry is a founding member and managing partner of Integral Private Wealth Holdings. Prior to founding Integral he was the founder of EV Private Investments, which manages alternative assets in excess of $80 million, primarily in venture-capital-based strategies. Larry was also the co-founder of Landscape Capital which manages alternative assets in excess of $200 million, primarily in equity market-neutral strategies. While at Landscape, Larry started Landscape Private Investments LLC which focused on illiquid investments. Larry graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Bill is a founding member and managing partner of Integral Private Wealth Holdings. He is a financial industry professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the management and operations of a registered investment advisor. He most recently served as the CEO/CCO of Gargoyle Investment Advisor LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor with $400MM+ AUA. His trading experience began with making markets in equity options on the AMEX floor, and includes directing Gargoyle’s off-floor electronic option market making and  quantitative strategies. He is a graduate of Rutgers College  and the Rutgers University Graduate School of Education.

Kirk is a founding member and managing partner of Integral Private Wealth Holdings. In addition to his duties at Integral, Kirk is the Chief Risk Officer of Landscape Capital where his responsibilities include model review, risk management, best execution, portfolio management, code development and execution. Prior to joining Landscape Kirk’s professional experience including time spent as an options market maker on the American Stock Exchange and as a principal of the largest professional blackjack team in North America. Kirk graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Phil in Physics.

Brian brings more than 16 years of industry experience covering a wide array of investment strategies including traditional equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity. Prior to joining Integral, he was a senior analyst with Naples Technology Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. Before that, he spent eight years as a senior investment analyst with Morgan Stanley covering more than 60 investment strategies, and six years as the investment officer responsible for private equity and hedge fund strategies with the City of Philadelphia Board of Pensions & Retirement. Brian has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware and is a CFA Level III candidate.
